Where in Miami are the nude beaches? Do most of the women go topless?

how sad is this dude to want to go to a toppless beach to see some guys mrs with her puppies out,we all like the occasional tit out on the beach better when its a surprise strolling down a beach and hey presto nudies everywhere but to actually ask kinda weird makes me think this guy is wears a mac and rubs his genitals from inside his pockets
